Traditional home in Roland Park is enhanced with contemporary style.

scope of work completed

Radical transformation of a circa 1915 stone and stucco residence overlooking a private park. A full gut rehab preceded a renovation of the main level of the home. Improvements include new joists, new floors, and new ceilings. A strong steel header was installed to support new sunroom accordion doors. Replacement windows by Anderson were added throughout. Sturdy cumaru wood decking was added off the sunroom. A gorgeous new kitchen included concrete counters, and wood slatting details. As is often the case with houses over 100 years old, care of the home included repairing water lines, and asbestos removal. After completion, this project won curb appeal awards and was featured on a popular home and design network.

This home renovation was done by guerilla construction in cooperation with Hilton Carter, interior stylist and Mark Mobley AIA, architect. Concrete counters by Luke Works.
