c.1900 Turn-of-the-century residence in Roland Park gets her glow-up, a renovation project by guerilla construction.

scope of work completed

Radical kitchen redesign: following a full demo, floor joists were sistered, and heated porcelain tile floors were installed. Windows were relocated and replaced. Cabinets feature custom sequenced millwork, including a custom mahogany tambour panel island. Counters and backsplash are Lavezzi granite. Kitchen cabinets are painted in Behr “Mountain Olive”. LED lighting was added along with brass accent fixtures. The opening between the kitchen and the dining room was expanded. Updated trim, vintage wallpaper, and lighting was added to dining room. Hallways were expanded by removing closets, door frames were carefully curved. Not shown, basement was renovated, and a full bathroom was added.

The result is a quiet luxury space that takes the home into 2024.
