A chef’s home is improved with a gourmet kitchen.

scope of work completed

1962 ranch style stone residence in Towson’s Hampton neighborhood renovated with a new gourmet kitchen and bathrooms. The original kitchen and dining room  were gutted and combined to make one large space that overlooks the backyard. Custom millwork from guerilla’s millshop is featured throughout including white oak cabinets and walnut slats. The heart of the kitchen is a custom banquette booth with leather upholstery  surrounding a vintage Milo Baughman dining room table. Subtle decorative felt panels were added to soften the space. The turquoise blue tile backsplash makes the woodwork “pop.” New front and backdoors make the home more inviting. The bathrooms were remodeled with terrazzo and ceramic tile, complemented by Phylrich brass fixtures.

This project is a design + build renovation by guerilla.
