circa 1900 Federal Row home expanded with contemporary addition.

A classic Baltimore Federal Hill rowhouse is transformed with a “can opener” renovation project by Eastwing Architects and guerilla construction.

The entire home was expanded with a new primary suite, new kitchen, new bathrooms, new crawlspace and new parking pad. Underground electrical. The addition was done in cumaru wood cladding and fiber cement lap siding. A third floor rear deck was added to appreciate the harbor views. The overall color story of the kitchen was done in  chesapeake blues.

The result is a home with a traditional exterior on William Street  and contemporary exterior onto the alley.
