Before transitioning into real estate, Carolyne built a successful career as a nationally licensed Insurance Producer, where she distinguished herself as a leader in sales, recruiting, and customer service. The experience she gained advising clients and building lasting relationships continues to shape her thoughtful, client-first approach to real estate.
As co-founder of the Rock Blue Team, Carolyne quickly established herself as a top-producing REALTOR® in the Baltimore metropolitan area by combining market knowledge, integrity, and personalized service. She works closely with clients throughout every stage of the buying and selling process, providing clear communication and trusted guidance from contract to closing.
